Thursday, November 28, 2019 - Chateau Cheval Blanc - 30 year vertical (1949-2015) tasted blind: Expressive nose of red fruit, fruit compote, earthy notes. The palate feels young, medium bodied, the finish is a touch dry. Good news, I did not find much heat of 2003 here. On the other hand, aromatically not very long.
