Friday, November 29, 2019 - Aged in steel and think some oak. Fermented in egg shaped amphoras. Pale yellow color. Nose comes with grapefruit. Hints of oxidation. Some mushrooms. Palate dominated by high acidity. Citrusy. Long. Stone fruits. Bit unbalanced, with the oak, the piercing acidity and the oxidation hints . Overall good
