Saturday, November 30, 2019 - A bottle bought about 20 years ago and in excellent condition, kept in a wine fridge. Big complex nose of blackcurrant, pencil lead, cedar and pleasant barnyard. Beautifully balanced and mouth filling with just enough tannins left to provide a backbone for the ample fruit. Good long finish. This will age gracefully for many years and last for 30 or more.
