Thursday, November 28, 2019 - This wine really surprised me. Reviews are lower but I think this is a great Champagne. It has beautiful color and very tiny bubbles. On the dry side of Brut. Very crisp with a nice finish.

Paired with Thanksgiving foods, mac and cheese and other pasta and it held up to everything. This could be a weekly Champagne.
