Sunday, December 8, 2019 - This is not a big wine; the fruit is muted and the overall viscosity is so understated to be fairly classified as "dry". But what charm, delicacy, subtle nuances in its structure, and such a crafted interplay between all parts. Great winemaking skills here; even without upfront fruit, the wine coats the palate and the taste goes on.

So, a wine that will not be for all, and the less food you eat with wines of this delicacy, the better. Just crackers. Have your steak and chips earlier. Then drink water, and then this.
