Sunday, December 8, 2019 - Dark yellow color. Fresh and interesting nose, citrus, dry sherry and something else, custard? Medium + acidity, not bone dry, high concentration. Lots of fruit, baked apples, ripe, unbaked apples in the finish. Long. Great balance. A very interesting wine, and in a good place right now, I think. However, given the dark color and the slight sherry nose, I don't plan to keep my second bottle for much longer.
