A subtle and savory nose seems like a hypothetically appropriate mix of Chablis and Sancerre, offering aromas of green apple, bitter grapefruit, lime, chervil, creamy lees, and lots of crushed rock minerality. Medium bodied and lithe with medium+ acidity and linear, crisp palate that fleshes out on the finish, ending with green peach and chalk notes.
