Sunday, December 8, 2019 - NAS SB Buffalo Trace MB#2 (est. 10 - 15 rye, 5 malt barley).
Nose of sweet corn, citrus, brown sugar. Nice and mellow orange citrus taste, notes of citrus zest, cherries, and it finishes with spicy cinnamon and provides a warm flush on the end, aka Kentucky Hug. Not sure if you could call a Bourbon elegant, but it is so comparatively speaking.
