Sunday, December 22, 2019 - Excellent, classic. Fermented in 33% each of new, 1 year and 2 year old French oak, and 7months barrel age. 13.7% alc.
Colour: pale lemon
Bouquet: citrus, peach melon, and buttery oak.
Palate: intense flavours like bouquet, incredibly citrusy, buttery, and nutty, with great mineralogy and some lees contact character. Very acidic, balanced by fruit, oak and alcohol, with long clean uplifted finish. Seemingly has years left
