Sunday, December 22, 2019 - Bottle, fill and cork all excellent. Garnet color, brightening with air. Drier than amarone and not the weight, but some similar aromatics with leather, spice and dried fruits. Really hit its stride with cheeses especially Parm and a smokey cheddar. In good shape, but needs drinking.
