Monday, December 23, 2019 - Great stuffing for future consumption. Needs 5 to 10 years. Rich fruit, intense acid structure, incredibly mineral. Today, austere, but opened up after a couple hours and after warming up. 89 for now with potential for 92-95 given enough time in a cool, dark cellar.
