Wednesday, December 25, 2019 - What better wine to open for Christmas? This continues to shine, still so youthful. Some black olive notes showing on nose. Great peppery profile with dark fruit notes — blackberry, black cherry. The herbal character on this adds interest. So intense, it is unreal this is almost 15 years old now. My last bottle, but hope not my last chance to taste this spectacular wine.
