Thursday, December 26, 2019 - Baked apple and butterscotch with very good richness, but too much new oak that still protrudes. Good weight and surprising freshness. Best of the 4 bottles I have had this year, but still certainly past its peak. Best when popped-and-poured, much less interesting an hour later.
