Saturday, February 8, 2014 - Big & rich. Juicy sultanas, creamy yellow-peach/apricot, yellow-plum,
lemon-candy, spicy smoky lime-flesh, lavender, & cherry-pez.
A light sheen of Botrytis in the background. Sweet & very silky.
Firms up on the finish with some anise, a hint of orange-zest, & citrus-pith. Med/med-low acidity. Med intensity.
