Wednesday, February 12, 2014 - NOSE > Pungent/aromatic/musky/earthy/smoky lime-flesh, creamy nectarine, pink-grapefruit, quince, stony/slatey,
tart-pineapple, tart-apricot, blackcurrant & red-cherry.
PALATE > Big, intense earthy/stony lime-flesh/lime-oil, tart-apricot, pink-grapefruit, slatey red-cherry/cherry-stone & citrus-pith.
Really pungent/earthy/musky, big, tight & long. Great ripe, fruity acidity.
Drinks fairly dry. Finish & aftertaste of high-toned flowery lime-flesh/lime-oil, quince & citrus-pith/zest.
Excellent intensity. Tight, but very expressive already. Jam-packed with both class & character.
A Great Mosel.
