Saturday, January 4, 2020 - Bright red berry fruit, dark leather, dusky roses on the nose. On the palate a pure core of fresh sweet fruit with a tannic under bite and crystalline aromatic fruit at the back, long entwined acid tannic finish, very precise movement, a hint of sparkle, lovely evolution. Delicious with eggplant, capsicum, tomato and chickpea stew from Deborah Madison.
