Friday, December 6, 2019 - From my other batch.
Seemed a bit leaner, but this was still beautifully delineated on the nose with a nice smokiness that almost reminds me of Dom Perignon. Those who say that this wine is going into hibernation might be correct, however, and I'll hang on to the rest of mine for quite a while.
