Saturday, January 18, 2020 - This was an amazing wine! Perfectly balanced. It would reach 99-100 in 2-5 years because the tannins were still a tad sharp. Very sadly, my last bottle.
Served with dry-aged porterhouse, roasted broccoli, potato hash (in duck fat), black truffle carpaccio... How can you go wrong with a meal like this....
