Monday, January 27, 2020 - A hit of shitake on the nose. Reminds you of dark forgotten cellars. Fruit does not come through immediately but I sense sufficient complexity. Tannins also grippy amid a bracing acidity. Very worthy of a cru. Almost an aged burgundy-like. Good value
