Sunday, February 2, 2020 - Popped and poured. This is a light-yellow Champs with a tight, fine bead. On the nose, I get apple flesh, bread, sea breeze, and a nice flower mixture. In the mouth, this is fresh and focused, with a lingering finish that is marked by zip and freshness. Overall, this is a focused Champagne, but one with latent power and evident class. It lives up to the hype. 94 points.
