Friday, August 2, 2019 - Deep cranberry red color with persistent delicate bead. Nose some yeast, red berries. Palate rocky and chalky, strongly mineral; prominent red berries; hint of yeasty richness. A classy and structured rose, very nice to drink now and great with rich Spanish cuisine.
