Tuesday, February 18, 2020 - 14.6% ABV. I let it breathe for 2 hours. Drank over 2. Had this two years ago and it was outstanding. The nose on this bottle was like the nose on a pinot. Relatively mid-weight with elevated acidity levels. Hoping it's a bit of bottle variation. Enjoyable but didn't rise to the same level as the bottle I had in 2018. Let's see how it does on day 2.
