Tuesday, February 18, 2020 - Commanderie des Costes du Rhone - JM Gerin Dinner (Knickerbocker Club): The pre-dinner apertif. Drinking nicely. It's white and fleshy and floral and a bit more of a mouthful than some of these but not in a bad way. Nice and round and fits well with a winter white wine to start the night.
