Friday, February 21, 2020 - One of 5 pinots drunk (4 Washington, 1 California) at a blind bag tasting. All were well received and were easily recognized as Pinots.

This was one of the favorites and on a personal note, think this could benefit from a couple more years in the cellar

In my experience, the Williams Selyem Pinots greatly benefit from some age, and their drinking windows are generally longer than on CellarTracker. I, however, have trouble following my own advice, and probably drink them before I should - they are really good young, too.
