Friday, February 21, 2020 - Off the Passionfish list. First time trying Rougeard. A distinct green olive note, great texture and depth, minerals, this was really nice right out of the gate. Savory, supple, a very nice wine, and the balance is spot on. A couple of hours in, the fruit really came to life, bright and energetic -- but this really needs another ten years or more.
