Wednesday, February 26, 2020 - Burt Williams Dinner (Divino): Slight oxidation, popcorn, sage, and apples on the nose. Oily texture with flavors of honey, apples, citrus, and a bit more oxidation on the palate. This is fully mature, but tasting great despite the oxidative notes. I wouldn't wait any longer, though.
