Thursday, February 27, 2020 - Lifted fruit, herbal, touch of olive. Nice nose.

Fresh, med weight, grippy finish. It treads the line between fruit sweetness and savoury quite well.

A bit tamarillo. As some Margaret River cabernets can be. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tamarillo

It’s still a food wine, as it should be.
