Friday, February 28, 2020 - Moldy cork on the outside (pictured). Pale golden colour very clean and crystalline. On the nose there is a return to maturity with aromas of candied citrus, hawthorn flower, pastry oven or limestone even. Perfect effect on the palate with an rich texture and that necessary acidity to match food and providing a long finish. No doubt it is still a reference in this varietal.

Corcho mohoso por la parte exterior (en la foto). Pálido color dorado muy limpio y cristalino. En nariz hay un retorno a la madurez con aromas a cítricos confiados, flor de espino, horno de pastelería o incluso mineral calizo. Perfecto efecto al paladar con una textura abundante y la acidez necesaria para pelearse con la comida y proporcionando un largo final. Sin duda sigue siendo una referencia en este varietal.
