Really interesting and enjoyable non-Napa Cabernet. A bit of an unusual flavor profile, showing more brambly fruit than currants. Very dark and dense looking, but medium-bodied with good acidity. Still, very good depth of flavor and good concentration. Lots of gritty sediment, so decanting may be a good move. Not sure if this will improve, but should continue to hold for quite a while, as the acidic structure is there.
