Friday, March 6, 2020 - The wine is approaching perfection. After an hour of being opened the wine is singing with aromatics of crushed blueberry, cherry fruit and a distinct sulphuric aroma. On the palette the wine is enveloping on the tongue with a creamy mouthfeel, balanced acidic reaction in mouth, viscous texture, and round fruits. Finish is long and lingering with black olive flavors and mulberry dominating.
