Friday, March 6, 2020 - 2017, François Carillon, Chassagne-Montrachet, Les Macherelles, 1er Cru AC (Fr. 87.—). Goldgelb. Verhaltene Nase, kühl, steinig, florale Noten, weisse Blüten, Kamille. Der Gaumen wirkt füllig, zugänglich, rund aber nicht plump, reife Frucht, stahlige Säure, das hat Zug, Eleganz, Würze und Knackigkeit. Endet sehr langanhaltend, spicy.
