Saturday, March 7, 2020 - Drinking well now with a 20 minute decant
Black fruits accompanied by very pronounced tertiary aromas: bacon fat, smokiness / bbq, tar, leather, pepper. An understated rather than powerful wine.
Tannins are gentle. This wine is in its prime now.
