Saturday, March 14, 2020 - Deep dark center, red rim with some age.
Sweet smooth and a little spicy, stewed plums and graphite, tobacco.
Smooth and sweet, briar, some pyrazine, integrated oak, alcohol is present, modest tannin and acid at this point
Drinking well now.
