Tuesday, March 10, 2020 - Leather, darker strawberry fruit, and gamey meaty notes. This is structured and a little compact at this point in time. This is more savory than fruit driven with a nice sense of minerality. Meaty venison like notes with a little brett that at first is enough to distract, but with time fades enough to add some interest. Very good but still quite young.
