Wednesday, March 18, 2020 - This really took about 3-4 hours open in bottle before it came out to play, which is longer than I remember on the other 2-3 bottles I’ve had.

This still has lots of meaty, olivey life ahead of it. Should have saved this as it’s my last. Well, at least I’m saving a glass and a half for tomorrow...
