Monday, March 23, 2020 - Dark garnet colour. Quite intense on the nose, first some vanilla, then plums, dark berries, earthiness, and beautiful minerals. On the palate, it's fresh, easy drinking, medium+ bodied, with a smooth attack and tannins that get a little firmer toward the finish. Overall, a good wine that seems ready to drink, but can age for at least another 5-7 years. Very little Margaux typicity in my view, but good wine nonetheless, especielly for the price point. Drink with a steak or hearty dish.
