Sunday, March 29, 2020 - Fantastic Nose clean and precise, Cool, perfumed, cranberry, rhubarb, green brambles with crisp lift. Palate is a bit lean, not sure if it has the stuffing to make the long haul. strong acidity leaning tart, strawberry, rhubarb, green plum, green herbals, gentle fine tannins. Touch of sourness, was better day 2 where the palate fleshed out slightly, Drink now with a good airing or wait a couple more years for maximum enjoyment. Na zdrowie
