Tuesday, March 31, 2020 - Nose of cherry and spice, some earth..
Flavor profile is mostly the same with a fair amount of drying tannins...
This was a PNP....think it needs air time to develop ...
Definitely needs more cellar time... room for improvement as the structure is there to be a very good Barbaresco...
