Thursday, April 2, 2020 - Appr. 2 1/2 years since degorcement. Fine mousse. Delicious aromas of well done fresh bread, ripe citrus and minerals in addition to some autolysis. In the mouth it is dominated by Rich, intense, concentrated and bone dry yellow fruits.
