Monday, April 6, 2020 - Dark, still with plenty of dark fruit but with some burgeoning secondary saddle leather and herbal influences. We did not decant but drank over several hours. It started out without much nose but as the evening progressed the nose and palate opened up extensively. Decant for a couple of hours before drinking.
