Sunday, April 19, 2020 - I've had several halve bottles of this recently and it's in a lovely primary place. Let it open up over an hour in a decanter, and you'll be graced with a very nice, quite fruity yet graphite heavy bordeaux that isn't too oaky. It's quite reminiscent of paulliac. Tannin is really quite soft at this young stage, and the acid level is right in the zone. Overall, just a lovely drop of wine that handles a steak superbly and really displays 2016 in all its glory.
