Tuesday, April 21, 2020 - Soft, gentle and yet transparent fruit of salty apple, pear and peach with white flowers and mineral. As this opens up, it does show the hallmark oyster shell-type saltiness and expression one expects along with a much broader, rounder impression of fruit. Very stylish but holding back a bit today. Upside potential for sure with a bit of time in the bottle?
