Wednesday, April 22, 2020 - Moulinet-Lasserre is Clos René and Clos René is Moulinet-Lasserre. They are one and the same (Clos René bottles a small proportion of their production under this label for the negociant J.P. Moueix as an exclusivity).

The wine: nice and gentle Pomerol. Bouquet with aromas of kirsch, leather, incense. The palate has abundance of ripe plummy fruit and raspberries. Very suave claret with mannered tannins. Decent QPR for a good fully mature wine. Enjoy now.
