Monday, April 20, 2020 - Very pale. Quite expressive and almost tropical on the nose with melon and lime. Lighter and leaner on the palate, some pear. The tropical flavours are balanced with a freshness and zip. Lovely, but a clear change of style here, stripping away some of the traditional PYCM luxe. ***
