Sunday, April 19, 2020 - Pale straw in color, this wine reveals focused apple zest brioche and white peach on the nose, combined with subtle fennel and grated cocounut aromas, minerality and crisp acidity, make this a quite enjoyable Champagne. 12% abv.

Reatailing for $65US, this was a wedding present from a trusted wine merchant. My new wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this.
