Saturday, May 16, 2020 - Drinking perfectly. Very complex on the nose and palate. On the nose rockmelon, pineapple and honeydew, saline salty sea air smell. On the palate, acid medium, creamy vanilla, lemon peel, saltiness. Insane clarity. The wine that started it all for me.
