Saturday, May 16, 2020 - Gotta say I expected this to be “curious” at best — it’s actually a really positive surprise
Still solid acid and tart red fruit (seriously :) ) accompanied by saddle leather and some baking spices.
it’s jammy even now so i suspect was a bit cloying earlier in its life
really fun and drinkable - esp given what a positive surprise it is
