Monday, May 18, 2020 - This 2014 Thomas Morey Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Chenevottes seems to be at first stage of premox. Slight oxidation giving an aged lactic scent but the fresh fruit profile doesn’t quite match its age. Not bad but something not quite right. Tasted blind and I guessed it was a mildly premoxed Chardonnay? (76/100)
