Tuesday, May 19, 2020 - Maybe I need a palate reset, due to usually drinking trocken rieslings. This wine seemed unctuous and with great length. Definitely seemed sweeter than I expected for kabinett level wine. As it warmed in the glass, it seemed to regain a better balance. The acidity, minerality and more grapefruit notes arrived.
