Wednesday, May 27, 2020 - This wine has aged beautifully. Tasted from my Coravin a month ago and polished off tonight paired with eggplant Parmesan. Full bodied Russian River Pinot with plum notes and excellent acidity. Hasn’t lost a beat in cellaring.
